This contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Participation is open only to individuals located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility and Limitations: Participants and winner(s) must be at least 18-years-old and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Bank of Utah and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
Contest Timeframe and Entry Requirements: The contest runs through February 28, 2025. Entries must be received by this date to qualify. Participants may submit one entry per day. Participants must submit their savings goal via the provided form to be eligible for the prize.
Drawing and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest timeframe. All decisions related to the contest are final and binding. Potential winner will be notified by email or phone within one week of the drawing date.
Prizes and Taxes: Bank of Utah makes no warranties regarding the prizes. No substitutions of prize are allowed by winner(s). All taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
Conditions and Release: By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Bank of Utah exclusive permission to use their names, locations, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses for the promotion of this and future contests.
Miscellaneous: Bank of Utah assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Bank of Utah is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, including issues with telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software. Entries that are incomplete, late or impacted by technical problems will not be considered. Bank of Utah reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it determines to have attempted to undermine the contest through unfair or fraudulent means.
