Scammers are sending texts and making calls that appear to come from legitimate sources such as toll agencies, USPS, Amazon and financial institutions. These messages often try to trick you into providing your debit card information or other personal details.
Remember, legitimate companies will never ask for this information by text or phone.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not click any links or respond. Delete the message or hang up, then call Bank of Utah directly at 801-409-5000.
