Michael Arsenault holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. He has extensive experience assisting foreign individuals and entities create owner trusts for personal and corporate aircraft. Michael also has many years of experience in managing complex commercial aircraft owner trustee and security trustee structures for domestic and international corporations, lenders and manufacturers. These structures involve large equipment assets such as aircraft, vessels and rail.
