Rebecca Norman has worked in banking since 2004, with 17 of those years being a branch manager for a financial institution in the Brigham City area. In addition to managing her own branch, Rebecca served as the customer service ambassador for her district, where she significantly increased customer satisfaction, as evidenced by customer service survey scores. Rebecca not only brings extensive knowledge of banking and financial services, but she is also highly skilled in team building, employee development through mentoring, and is a model customer service provider.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult children and their pets by taking road trips to the Pacific Northwest, hiking and attending concerts.
