Bio
Spencer brings a wealth of expertise in commercial and small business lending, construction loans and credit analysis. Richins earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Utah State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He is also a past president of the Northern Utah Risk Management Association (RMA).
