Become an Approved Broker

To work with Bank of Utah on UHC loans, you must be an approved broker.

To become an approved broker, submit the following to Bank of Utah:

  • Current balance sheet and income statement (within the last two months)
  • Last two years’ tax returns
  • Copy of business license in good standing with the state or city (must be in business for two years)
  • Copy of corporate resolution, indicating who is an authorized signer of the company
  • Resumes on company principles
  • Written quality control plan
  • Two business references (name, phone number and nature of relationship)
  • Authorization for Bank of Utah to check your credit history
