We recognize the impact and uncertainty that COVID-19 is creating in our communities, and our hearts go out to all who are affected. The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our highest priority. We are monitoring developments and want to reach out to you to share a few ways we are here to serve you at this time.

Bank of Utah is prepared for a number of disaster recovery situations, including pandemics. You can have confidence that your funds and banking services will be available when you need them. We encourage you to access your account from home 24/7 using Bank of Utah's online banking platform or mobile app to view transactions, check balances, make payments, deposit checks and more. This technology makes it easier than ever to manage your account digitally. Bank of Utah customers also have access to over 24,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide using the MoneyPass network.

If you visit our branches, you can be assured that our employees are available to serve you, as always. We've augmented daily cleaning procedures with the use of stronger disinfectant products on high-touch surfaces and are educating branch teams on best practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

We encourage you to take steps to decrease the spread of the Coronavirus by washing hands regularly, avoiding large groups and staying home if you are sick. More preventative steps can be found at cdc.gov. Travel may also increase your risk of exposure. For the most up-to-date COVID-19 travel information, visit CDC COVID-19 Travel page.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers and communities as needs arise. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to help.

Sincerely,

Douglas L. DeFries
President and CEO
