About Dr. Craig Manning

Manning is a former professional tennis player and a BYU and Olympic sports psychology consultant, who helps athletes channel their focus and energy to optimize their potential. Manning holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and a master's degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Sports Psychology from the University of Utah.

“Life is a performance whether you’re on the field, operating a business or running a household. But, many of us when asked to perform, allow our insecurities to hold us back,” says Manning. “My goal is to help athletes and all people unlock their cycle of mediocrity and reach their full potential through several key steps.”

Manning has counseled numerous elite athletes and international corporations and lectured across the globe. He has advised three different NBA teams (contributing to an NBA championship), numerous NFL, MLB and NHL professional athletes and multiple Olympic gold medalists on US ski and snowboarding teams.
